Biography

Andrew G. Gianoukakis MD, FACE is the current President of HAMDS and has served on the HAMDS board of directors since 2008.

Dr. Gianoukakis is an Academic Endocrinologist and an Associate Professor of Medicine in the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA. He is a member of the Harbor-UCLA Division of Endocrinology and Metabolism where he serves as the Program Director of the Endocrinology and Metabolism training program as well as director of the Harbor-UCLA thyroid unit. His interest and research focuses on thyroid disease and thyroid cancer.
